Mrs. Laetitia Charles
FOUNDER & CEO
Laetitia Charles is a certified hypnotherapist with nearly 15 years of experience in clinical psychology, applied neuroscience, and therapeutic hypnosis.
She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Montreal University and has completed over 1,000 hours of specialized training in modalities including hypnotherapy, sophrology, and energy healing.
Since 2018, she has run an international private practice, offering remote hypnotherapy and energy work, while also contributing as a peer reviewer for the Neuroscience Letters Journal and designing educational programs for institutions such as the University of Montreal’s Faculty of Medicine.
In addition, she has extensive experience in corporate wellness, creating and leading workshops on stress management, resilience, and mindful leadership for senior teams at organizations like Bell Canada.
